Erin is amazing!! She was my wedding planner for the day of my wedding as well as the entire planning of it. I got engaged in February 2018 and we decided to have our wedding in October of the same year so we were up against a serious time challenge. But Erin was never deterred. She was super communicative of all the steps I needed to take in getting us to our wedding date and she gave me a ton of vendor references as well which made the search less daunting. She's very well connected in the East Bay Area (where the venue was - Madrid Ranch) which was wonderful. We multiple times throughout the process to have check-ins to make sure we were on schedule. The week leading up to the big day was when I really got to see Erin shine - she was SO organized and on top of all the small details. I had this tremendous sigh of relief on the day knowing she was handling it all. And my wedding was EVERYTHING I could have hoped for and more. All the details, the flow... it was just perfect! So THANK YOU Erin! Couldn't have asked for more.

I was referred to Erin after searching NorCal for a Month Of wedding planner who would take over more and more as the day approached and then fully take over on our wedding day, and that's exactly what she did! My wedding was a mix of DIY and outside vendors (I made or bought most of the decorations, my partner's brother cooked the food, my mother-in-law did the flowers, but we hired a professional photographer, videographer, and bartender and rented our venues). Erin was especially good at being on top of things without seeming stressed (weddings are stressful enough as is!). No wedding day goes absolutely perfectly, but Erin sure helped to make our day feel perfect. She listened to what we wanted, adapted with grace, humor, and smarts when obstacles arose, brought so many helpful extras, and had great thoughts of how to make the day even more amazing (like turning off half the lights and lighting a bunch of candles as the evening grew late). I now consider her a friend and am so, so happy we found and chose her to coordinate our wedding!

Erin was absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Words can hardly express how instrumental she was to our flawless, successful wedding day. When my husband and I got engaged we quickly set a date and I only had 6 months to plan the wedding. I was not planning on having a wedding planner, but friends and family encouraged me to hire a planner to help with the process. By the time I contacted Erin, the wedding was only 4 months away, but Erin jumped right on board without hesitation. Erin listened to our vision, and had ideas and suggestions to make our special day come to fruition. She was organized, had lists for me, checked in regularly and always was 2 steps ahead. Erin thought of every last detail and she was influential in executing them perfectly. On our actual wedding day, Erin was phenomenal in organizing our vendors, coordinating guests, setting up the venue and taking care of the hiccups before I even knew about them. Our day was everything and more than we ever could have imagined and because of Erin we were able to soak in every moment without stress and worry.
